• Advising on a new organisation structure for a chemical processing company with large scale operations in Melbourne and Sydney to improve operating and engineering functions of the company.

PRINCIPALS

W F (Bill) MOORE
Bill has over thirty years’ professional experience in a wide range of organisational management and consulting assignments. His management experience includes senior human resources appointments in corporate and plant operations roles in large multinational companies. Both his management and consulting work has included significant international assignments particularly in the USA and Asia. Bill is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is a Registered Psychologist, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, a Member of the College of Organisational Psychologists and a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

JAMES W ANSON
James has a broad range of consulting experience with companies in Australia, the USA, Japan and China. His work includes undertaking organisational reviews in all major business sectors, assisting companies to develop people management strategies and implement new organisational structures. James’ professional experience also includes roles in research and development and systems management. James has a Science Degree from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
