Bill Moore’s professional experience covers a wide range of human resources and organizational consulting services and includes managing large projects with major international clients. Bill has extensive human resources management and consulting experience both in Australia and overseas. His management experience includes human resources appointments in corporate and plant operations roles in major multinational companies.
Major projects include developing work models which integrate traditional work value systems with behaviours to provide a framework for all people management systems, as well as developing and introducing computer based, customized job sizing, pay and performance systems. Bill also has extensive international experience particularly in the USA and Asia.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
He is a registered Psychologist, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, a Member of the College of Organisational Psychologists, and past Chair of the College in Victoria.
James Anson has more than 20 years’ organizational consulting and technology management experience across a broad range of companies in Australia, USA, Japan, Asia and Europe. James has worked with major multinationals in a range of industries including manufacturing, energy and resources, telecommunications and banking & finance.
James main area of interest is in bringing together the key human resource management disciplines and making them simple to understand, relevant to the business, and easy to access and use across all levels of the organization.
He has a BSc from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
